-2nd in command of the tug/vessel and he is given authority and corresponding responsibility to ensure the safety of the crew and the tug/vessel.
-Manages and controls the operation of the tug, its plant and equipment, day-to day operations and activities of the crew
-Executes the required tug service in accordance with the specifications indicated in the dispatch order/ticket and ensures quality, safe, prompt, reliable, efficient and environment friendly harbor assists, towage, salvage, oil spill response and other shipping/marine services
-Ensures compliance to legal and other safety and environment related rules and regulations

In charge of the engine room, fire and ballast pumps room, gear room, machines for the mooring of the tug/vessel, and its anchors.
-Ability to operate tug engine and a variety of basic and specialized equipment

Provides support for the maintenance, repairs, installation, calibration, and testing of electrical components of the tug boats. This includes, but is not limited to, emergency signal, battery, communication system, motors, lighting, controllers, air conditioning units, and AVRs.
The overall commander of the tug/vessel. Manages and controls the operation of the tug, its plant, and equipment, the day-to-day operations, and activities of the crew.
Responsible for the daily supervision of the company’s existing tugs, ensuring that all vessels/tugs are maintained in a safe and seaworthy condition and compliant with required standards, applicable regulations, quality, safety, and environmental policies.
Tasked to provide reliable, safe, and courteous transportation service, including delivery of cargo and materials.
Assists in the preparation of various financial reports. S/He prepares accounting schedules and maintains the books of accounts. S/He is also responsible for the checking and monitoring of cash advances, liquidations, collections, and payments.
- Bachelor’s/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Law or equivalent.
- At least 3 working years’ experience as Litigation Lawyer.
- Good with collection and labor cases.
- Conduct Pre-trial activities and consult with clients.
- Above average writing skills, extensive court appearance experience.
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in any related course.
- At least 3 working years experience as Geodetic Engineer.
- Responsible for measuring and determining property boundaries and provide data relevant to the shape, contour, gravitation, location, elevation or dimension of land.
- With sufficient experience in Data gathering and analysis.
- Licensed Geodetic Engineer
- Willing to be assigned in Cebu City
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): sound mathematical, scientific and IT skills, problem-solving skills, ability to work to deadlines and within budgets, excellent verbal and written communication skills
